it has been a crazy fall. sept, oct, and nov have been one bad thing after another… now it’s time to get back up, brush off the crap, and get back on track to regular life.<br />

needless to say, the diet plan has suffered greatly. i was down as low as 218.5, but i am back up to a tighter waist. so it didn’t help this morning when the scale tricked me into thinking i was doing a good job maintaining a decent weight. when i first stepped on that thing it read 226 which i would consider respectable. once i stepped off it, though, the big "C" showed up on the display, calibrating. oh crap, now i have to get back on that thing and i don’t think it’s gonna be pretty. <br />

it wasn’t… i grew to 231.5lbs. ouch.<br />

so the diet starts up again today. and my goal is to lose 11.5 by the end of the year. 4 weeks. good luck!!
