um… bad, just bad… 236.5. let’s see, what went wrong. well, there was no salad or cheese around. but there was a bunch of things that i just wanted to eat. but on t-give day, i was pretty good and moderated, until desert. my wife’s neice’s boyfriend made something on the order of 100-200 of those no-bake choco peanut butter cookies that you eat like chips. that was when i forgot that my long term goals even existed. and that just send the snowball a-rollin down the hill. by last night, i was scouring the house for any remnants of halloween candy of the choco varient to snag. not getting any sleep is not helping either. so today i will muster up the gumption to back on the wonderful cashew and salad program for the next 4 weeks to try to salvage this relationship that i have with my waist. maybe i can at least make it to 225 by christmas…
