oops, sorry for not posting my update yesterday. wk 1 came with it’s goods and bads.
the bads were that it was harder to exercise and harder to stay away from the sugar than i thought. i stayed up too late too many nights, which translates into waking up too late to exercise before being late for work. so i only exercised on the weekend. and i leaned on my 2 crutches too much at night to staff off the sugar cravings: pb and mini choco chips. i wasn’t bad by any means, just not perfect. the first time i did this there were no cravings.
the goods were that I gladly exercised when I could and was grumpy when I had to skip. a very good sign that i am pumped to do it right this year. next, I had a few breakfasts. having eggs or omlets in the morning makes a hugh difference. and last, i dropped the right amt for the first wk!!
so I ended wk 1 down 7 lbs to 234.0. pretty darn good. next wk should be another 3-4 lbs off and then after that 2 without exercise or 3 with. we’ll see!
