Archive for the “music” Categorygo gogol bordello, this video post is crazy fun. i gotta find more material from this group. wicked! oh man, i just caught this on laughing squid’s twitter. i never thought there was anything as good as tiny tim, but here is the competition, the ukulele orchestra of great britain, and they are so entertaining… got my pix for nofx and i can’t wait to see em on oct 23! i think i’ve seen them now 4 or 5 times, but only on warped tour, 1/2 hour sets. finally i will get to see a whole set, should be awesome. and after watching the fuse series on em, i kinda want to do something crazy at the show… but i’ll probably only dance. check out the fuse show, pretty crazy crap! ep 1:

this youtube video pair is a really cool concept. don’t know if it has been done before but this is the first one i’ve seen. so open these 2 links in separate windows and follow the instructions. it is a simple but creative effect. and the song is catchy too. bravo to pop levi! left: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zlxk6U9mo60 on my search for some intro music to the podcast, i came across one of the strangest inde techno-punk videos i’ve seen yet. the band is mash gordon and the song is dee dee come back. now the only thing that ties this song title to dee dee ramone is that the video is done in a graveyard. but not the one he was buried in… and the song lyrics don’t seem to ever mention his name… and the choreography doesn’t line up with the music… i don’t know about this one. but, hey ho, it’s for dee dee! great video tribute to youtube by weezer here is the link if the video stops working… found this new video on on youtube. very kul song as well as a super well done video. check out his youtube site. this is my first post in which i embed a youtube video. it is my son doing some drumming. pretty cool for an 11 year old! let me know what you think. and for those that can not see the vid, the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myqVF40rFLo |
