hey grant-man, here is the dickies live cover of the gigantor tv show theme song. then a better audio version. then the original. the dickies rock, btw! check out some of their original work too, fun and creative.
this youtube video pair is a really cool concept. don’t know if it has been done before but this is the first one i’ve seen. so open these 2 links in separate windows and follow the instructions. it is a simple but creative effect. and the song is catchy too. bravo to pop levi!
on my search for some intro music to the podcast, i came across one of the strangest inde techno-punk videos i’ve seen yet. the band is mash gordon and the song is dee dee come back. now the only thing that ties this song title to dee dee ramone is that the video is done in a graveyard. but not the one he was buried in… and the song lyrics don’t seem to ever mention his name… and the choreography doesn’t line up with the music… i don’t know about this one. but, hey ho, it’s for dee dee!
internet radio is under attack! the riaa has successfully pushed the copyright royalty board (crb) to triples the rates for internet radio broadcasters only, without affecting any other radio broadcasters. this is unfair!!
go to savenetradio.org and get the number of your congress(man/woman) and call them up today to log your protest and to ask them to support HR 2060, the internet radio equality act. this is very important for the livelihoods of many internet radio broadcasters. it is also very import for the artists. they are being lied to by the record labels and lousy riaa.
keep up with the news and shats going on at their blog.
out in norway there is this band that uses kitchen appliances as instruments and pants that are way too tight, but they are extremely innovative. they are called hurra torpedo and this is a live video from their website.
this is one of my new fav songs… actually i am just trying out the podpress module in wordpress. this is streetlight manifesto’s a moment of violence from some album of theirs…

this car stereo product bundles am/fm with cd/cd-r/mp3 cds and multiple backlit colors to choose from. but the awesome feature of this product, that is the reason for the $280ish price point, is the bluetooth phone integration that lets you make/recieve phone calls, in full duplex, through the stereo. it can also pause your music, sync your phonebook, show caller id, call history, and voice recognition for up to 150 names. too cool!!

the big question is, can i stream music from my phone through the stereo speakers? if so, that would be tic tac!!
